Program description

Tully's Cleaning Co operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers who have opted in. This is a Customer Care and transactional messaging program. Messages may include:

Booking confirmations and scheduling details
Appointment reminders for upcoming cleaning visits
Service updates (for example, estimated arrival time, rescheduling notices)
Responses to customer inquiries submitted through our chat widget

This program is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. Messages are sent in connection with services you have requested or inquired about.

How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Tully's Cleaning Co by engaging with the chat widget on this website and providing your mobile phone number. By providing your number and continuing the conversation, you agree to receive text messages related to your service inquiry, booking, and appointment. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message types

Booking confirmations: A confirmation text when a cleaning appointment is scheduled.
Appointment reminders: A reminder sent before your scheduled cleaning visit.
Service updates: Notices about arrival time, changes, or follow-up after service.
Inquiry responses: Replies to questions you have submitted through our chat widget.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and inquiries. Most customers receive a small number of messages per scheduled service (confirmation and reminder).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Tully's Cleaning Co does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out and help

Privacy and data sharing

Mobile information and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with any third parties except for service providers and aggregators that help us deliver this messaging program.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier. Supported carriers include major US wireless carriers.
